These Terms govern your use of www.meedoo.fun and purchases from MeeDoo. They work together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Refunds Policy. Please read them before using the website or placing an order.

The important points first

MeeDoo is operated by Sunny Pets Corporation and currently sells and ships within the United States only.
Placing an order is a request to buy. We accept an order when we send a shipping confirmation or another express acceptance notice.
Prices, availability, colors, fit, materials, and handmade or embellished details may reasonably vary.
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3 to 5 business days after shipment.
Eligible merchandise may be returned by starting a return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be new, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have all original labels and tags attached.
Human and pet sizing differ by product. Pet apparel is not protective, restraint, flotation, or safety equipment unless the product page expressly says otherwise.
Marketing email and text choices are optional and never a condition of purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

1 Who we are

MeeDoo is a brand operated by Sunny Pets Corporation ("MeeDoo," "we," "us," or "our"). Our website is www.meedoo.fun. Customer Care can be reached at customer.care@meedoo.fun, and legal notices must be sent to privacy@meedoo.fun (mailing address available upon request).

2 When these Terms apply

These Terms apply when you visit www.meedoo.fun, create an account, submit content, communicate through features we provide, or purchase products or services (collectively, the "Services"). Our Privacy Policy at https://meedoo.fun/policies/privacy-policy, Shipping Policy at https://meedoo.fun/policies/shipping-policy, and Returns and Refunds Policy at https://meedoo.fun/policies/refund-policy are incorporated where they apply. Specific written terms may govern a promotion, product, or program; those specific terms control if they conflict with these Terms on the same subject.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you act for a company or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind them.

3 Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account or place an order. A parent or legal guardian may purchase for a minor. You must provide accurate, current information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify privacy@meedoo.fun if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, illegal conduct, repeated policy violations, or harm to MeeDoo, our customers, or others. We will not use this right to avoid obligations for an accepted order or rights protected by law.

4 Products colors fit and care

We work to present descriptions, measurements, images, materials, colors, textures, embellishments, and availability accurately. Displays vary, and photographs cannot guarantee an exact color or scale. Natural materials, production runs, and hand-applied or light-catching details may have reasonable variations. A variation is not automatically a defect, but your legal rights as a consumer and our Returns and Refunds Policy still apply.

Review the product page, size guide, fiber or material information, warnings, and care label before ordering or use. Products may be changed, limited, or discontinued. Product descriptions are for information only and do not create any additional promises beyond what is clearly stated.

5 Pet products and responsible use

Choose pet products using the measurement and fit guidance on the product page. Check fit before extended use, supervise your companion as appropriate, and stop use if a product causes discomfort, restricted movement, overheating, irritation, or damage. Keep loose, damaged, embellished, or detachable components away from pets that may chew or swallow them.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, MeeDoo pet apparel and accessories are decorative or comfort items, not collars, harnesses, restraints, flotation devices, protective equipment, medical devices, or substitutes for veterinary advice. You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your companion’s size, behavior, health, environment, and activity.

6 Prices promotions and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, products, and promotions may differ by channel or location and may change before we accept an order. Applicable taxes, shipping, and other charges will be shown or described at checkout when reasonably practicable.

Promotions may have dates, eligibility rules, exclusions, thresholds, quantity limits, and combination restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, promotional value is not transferable or redeemable for cash. We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by an obvious error, fraud, technical interference, or material violation of its rules, as permitted by law.

7 Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order-received email acknowledges receipt but is not acceptance. We accept an order when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. We may place a temporary hold on your payment card before acceptance (this is not an actual charge). You authorize MeeDoo and its payment providers to charge the total displayed at checkout when due.

Before acceptance, we may reject, limit, or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, an obvious price or description error, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, evasion of purchase limits, or buying products to resell without permission. Limits may apply across accounts, payment methods, addresses, devices, or households. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method, subject to banking timeframes. You must provide accurate billing, payment, contact, and delivery information and be authorized to use the payment method.

8 Shipping delivery and tracking

MeeDoo currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or freight-forwarding addresses (package forwarding services). Our current standard-shipping offer is in our https://meedoo.fun/policies/shipping-policy. If expedited shipping is available, the available options, estimated delivery times, and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Standard shipping generally arrives within 3 to 5 business days after shipment. Launches, promotions, holidays, high order volume, weather, and carrier events may affect timing. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

When an order ships, we will send tracking information. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking. Items may arrive in separate packages. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes, cancellation, or address redirection after an order is placed or shipped. Contact customer.care@meedoo.fun promptly about an incorrect address, missing parcel, damaged parcel, incomplete order, or incorrect item, and provide the order number and requested photographs.

9 Returns exchanges and refunds

To return eligible merchandise, start a return within 14 days after carrier-confirmed delivery through your MeeDoo account (Account → Order History → Start a Return). Merchandise must be new, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original labels and tags attached. Return original packaging and included accessories where applicable. Pet apparel must also be free of pet hair, odor, stains, saliva, chewing, scratching, stretching, outdoor wear, or other signs of use.

The following are not returnable except where required by law: merchandise clearly marked as Final Sale (including clearance items); gift cards; hygiene-sensitive items (such as intimates and undergarments) after opening or use; and personalized or made-to-order items. Discounted merchandise remains returnable unless it was clearly marked Final Sale before purchase.

For eligible returns: if the return is due to a MeeDoo error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), MeeDoo covers the return shipping cost. If the return is due to customer preference, the return shipping fee will be shown before you confirm the return and deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a MeeDoo error. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact customer.care@meedoo.fun with your order number and photos to start a claim.

We inspect returned merchandise. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection, subject to additional processing time by the payment provider. MeeDoo does not currently process direct exchanges; return the eligible item and place a new order for another size or color. These rules do not limit rights for defective, not as described, or incorrect products that cannot legally be excluded.

10 Acceptable use

You may use the Services for lawful, personal, noncommercial shopping and engagement. You may not:

break a law, infringe another person’s rights, or submit deceptive, threatening, hateful, harassing, obscene, or unlawful material;
access accounts, systems, or data without permission; probe security; evade access controls; or interfere with the Services;
introduce malware, overload infrastructure, automate excessive requests, copy or automatically collect data, or use bots without our written permission;
copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Services or content except where law permits;
impersonate another person, provide false information, manipulate reviews, misuse promotions, or place orders for unauthorized resale; or
use MeeDoo content, data, or marks to train or develop a commercial model or competing product without written permission, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.

We may take proportionate steps to investigate, block, suspend, or report suspected misuse. These remedies do not limit rights available under law.

11 MeeDoo intellectual property

The Services and their text, photography, video, graphics, interfaces, software, product presentation, designs, logos, slogans, brand appearance and packaging, and other content are owned by or licensed to MeeDoo and protected by intellectual-property laws. MeeDoo, Future Romantic, Dream Together Love Bravely, the MeeDoo logo, and related brand elements may be protected assets.

We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to access and use the Services, which we can cancel at any time under these Terms. Product ownership does not transfer intellectual-property rights in designs, artwork, or brand assets.

12 Reviews photos and other content

You retain ownership of content you submit and represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions, that it is accurate and lawful, and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

When you submit content through a MeeDoo review, community, upload, contest, or campaign feature, you grant MeeDoo a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, technically format or adapt, publish, display, and promote that content in connection with the Services. This includes the name or handle associated with the content. The license lasts until the content is removed from active systems, except for reasonable backups, legal records, already-produced materials, and rights that naturally survive. Broader advertising use will follow the permission shown at submission or a separate authorization.

We may moderate or remove content for legal, safety, policy, technical, or quality reasons, but we do not promise to monitor or publish everything. We will not condition an incentive on a positive review. Honest reviews remain welcome.

13 Feedback

If you voluntarily send ideas or suggestions outside a stated confidential process, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of content covered by Section 12 or authorize use of personal information contrary to our Privacy Policy.

14 Third party services and links

The Services may connect to payment processors, delivery companies, social networks, customer-support tools, analytics providers, advertisers, or other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices govern their independent services. Linking to another website does not mean we approve of it. To the extent permitted by law, MeeDoo is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, content, availability, or security, without limiting responsibility the law assigns to us for providers acting on our behalf.

15 Privacy cookies and security

Our Privacy Policy at https://meedoo.fun/policies/privacy-policy describes the contact, order, payment, device, browsing, communication, and marketing-preference information we may collect; how we use and share it; retention and security; children’s privacy; and applicable privacy rights. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@meedoo.fun.

MeeDoo and its providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for website operation, preferences, analytics, marketing measurement, and relevant advertising. Manage available choices through https://meedoo.fun/pages/cookie-policy. Where required, use the cookie preferences page at https://meedoo.fun/pages/cookie-policy to opt out of having your data sold, shared, or used for targeted ads. MeeDoo uses Google, Meta, TikTok, and Shopify analytics tools.

No system is perfectly secure. Use a unique password, protect your devices, and contact privacy@meedoo.fun if you suspect an account or security issue. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that an incident will never occur.

16 Automated customer support

We may use automated or AI-assisted tools for routine support. We may process the interaction and related account or order information as described in our Privacy Policy. Automated answers can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Confirm important order, care, safety, return, or legal information with Customer Care. Automated support is not legal, medical, veterinary, financial, or other professional advice.

17 Electronic communications

When law permits, we may provide order records, policy updates, disclosures, and notices electronically. Keep your contact information current. Transactional messages about an order, account, safety notice, recall, or service relationship are different from optional marketing messages.

18 Email marketing

If you choose marketing email, you may unsubscribe through the link in a marketing message or by contacting customer.care@meedoo.fun. We may still send nonmarketing messages needed for transactions, accounts, safety, security, or legal compliance.

19 MeeDoo messaging terms

By providing a mobile number through a sign-up flow that includes these Messaging Terms and affirmatively consenting, you agree that Sunny Pets Corporation, doing business as MeeDoo, may send recurring automated marketing and personalized SMS, MMS, or RCS messages, including cart reminders and messages using automated or AI-assisted technology, to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are authorized to consent. Tell us if the number changes. Carriers and devices may not support every message, and delivery is not guaranteed. To stop marketing texts, reply STOP. 20 Copyright complaints

If you believe material on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to customer.care@meedoo.fun identifying the copyrighted work and challenged material, providing your contact information, stating in good faith that the use is unauthorized, stating under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and including your physical or electronic signature. We may request additional information and process counter-notices as required by law.

21 Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE SERVICES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, ONLY TO THE EXTENT THOSE WARRANTIES MAY LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

This Section does not disclaim an express written product warranty, our obligation to deliver accepted orders, or any warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

22 Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER MEEDOO NOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEEDOO’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MEEDOO FOR THE PRODUCT OR TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence where it cannot be limited, nonwaivable privacy or consumer rights, or liability that law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so part of this Section may not apply to you.

23 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeeDoo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, or submitted content that infringes another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to losses caused by MeeDoo’s own conduct and will be interpreted consistently with applicable consumer law.

24 Disputes

Before filing a lawsuit, you and MeeDoo agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days after one party sends written notice describing the issue and requested relief. Send notices to privacy@meedoo.fun (mailing address available upon request). MeeDoo will use the contact information associated with your account or order.

This requirement does not prevent either party from getting an urgent court order to stop something, bringing an eligible matter in small claims court, complying with an applicable legal deadline, or exercising any right that cannot legally be delayed or waived.

25 Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer law, the state and federal courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico will be the only courts that can hear the case. If the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or receive local protections, this Section does not take that right away.

26 Changes to the Services or Terms

We may change the Services and these Terms. The Last updated date identifies the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice and seek renewed agreement when required by law. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless law permits and we clearly agree with you.

27 General contract terms

If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of the relevant business, subject to applicable law. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about their subject matter and do not create third-party beneficiaries unless expressly stated. Headings are for convenience. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
